A cosy 33 m² apartment with a private balcony, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed, and the spacious living room has a double sofa bed – room for up to 4 guests in total. The balcony with chairs and a table is a good spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind in the fresh air, with a view over the city. We provide Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, bed linen and towels.
In the kitchen you will find a hob, sink, faucet, fridge, microwave, kettle and standing and wall cabinets. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. The interior is decorated in a warm style, with tiled floors.
