A stylish 26 m² studio in the heart of Nowa Praga, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops, with good transport links to the city centre and the Old Town. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The bright interior has large windows, a TV and Wi-Fi, plus a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Praga – a good spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Sleeping: a queen-size bed (140×200) and a fold-out sofa in the living area, for up to 4 guests. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In the kitchen you will find an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and basic cookware. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.
