A 47 m² ground-floor family apartment with a private garden, in the heart of Nowa Praga, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The whole apartment is just for you. The bedroom has two queen-size beds (140×200) with very comfortable mattresses and a wardrobe, and the living room has a super comfortable sofa bed that folds out into a queen-size bed (140×200) – room for up to 6 guests. After a day of sightseeing, relax in the garden with its garden furniture.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge, hob, sink, microwave and kettle. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. Bed linen and towels are provided.
