A 29 m² ground-floor studio in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops, with good transport links to the city centre. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The carefully planned layout and 29 m² give you room to breathe: a living area with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom. Sleeping: a double bed and a fold-out sofa, up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, bed linen and towels are all provided.
The kitchenette has a sink, hob, microwave, fridge and kettle – enough to prepare breakfast or heat up a meal. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.
