A 48 m² ground-floor family apartment with a garden, in the heart of Nowa Praga, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The whole apartment is just for you. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (140×200) with a very comfortable mattress and a wardrobe, and the living room has a second queen-size bed and a sofa bed – comfortable for up to 6 guests. In the garden there are sun loungers and garden furniture, and children have room to run around.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge, hob, sink and kettle. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cafés, restaurants and shops are nearby, and the metro and trams take you towards the city centre. Guests rate us highly. Check availability and book your stay.
Good to know: we love animals, but for the comfort of all guests pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed, either inside the apartment or on any balcony or terrace on the property.
