A 42 m² family apartment with a private balcony, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The sleeping area has two double beds, and the spacious living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a 55-inch TV with Netflix – room for up to 6 guests in total. The balcony with chairs and a table is a good spot for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The interior is decorated in a warm style, with tiled floors that are easy to keep clean.
In the kitchen you will find a hob, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, plus standing and wall cabinets. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap; bed linen and towels are provided too. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
