A 41 m² apartment with a separate bedroom and a private balcony, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The bedroom has a large double bed, and the spacious living room has a second double bed plus a fold-out sofa that turns into a comfortable bed in moments – room for up to 6 guests in total. On the balcony, with chairs and a table and a view over the city, you can have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
In the kitchen you will find a hob, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and cabinets, and there is room to cook together. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. We provide fast Wi-Fi, a TV, bed linen and towels.
