A compact 21 m² ground-floor studio with a private garden, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The garden, with sun loungers and garden furniture, is a good place for morning coffee or an evening unwind – private and close to nature. Sleeping: a double bed and a fold-out sofa, up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix are available, and we provide bed linen and towels.
The living area has a kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave, fridge and kettle – enough to prepare breakfast or heat up a meal. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.
