A spacious 50 m² apartment with a balcony in Praga Północ, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2). The space accommodates up to 4 guests (all guests must be listed in the reservation). A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The apartment includes a living room with a double fold-out sofa for two guests, a separate bedroom with a double bed for two guests and a desk for remote work, and a balcony with a coffee table and chairs – perfect for morning coffee or an evening break. We provide fast Wi-Fi and a TV with access to streaming services (you can log into your own Netflix, HBO, YouTube accounts, etc.).
In the kitchen you will find a fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, pot, frying pan, cutlery and basic cookware. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Nearby are the zoo, parks and cycling routes, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shopping centres, plus museums and theatres; trams, buses and the Warszawa Wileńska and Warszawa Wschodnia stations are within easy reach. Check availability and book your stay.
Good to know: we love animals, but for the comfort of all guests pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed, either inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please list all guests when booking: each person above the number stated in the reservation is charged 350 PLN per person per night.
