A spacious 42 m² apartment with a private balcony, in a new building completed in 2023, close to Szwedzka metro station (M2) and tram stops. A space in the underground garage is included in the price (max. vehicle height 2 m) – just let us know after booking that you would like to use it.
The sleeping area has two cosy double beds with soft linen, and the living room has a double sofa bed – four guests sleep on the beds and two on the sofa, room for up to 6 guests in total, a good choice for families or groups of friends. The balcony with chairs and a table is a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
In the kitchen you will find a hob, sink, faucet, fridge, microwave, kettle and standing and wall cabinets. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo and soap. We provide high-speed, reliable internet, a TV, bed linen and towels.
For business travellers: the internet is enough for video calls and remote work. For families: a spacious layout and extra sleeping options. Shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés are nearby, and public transport gives easy access to the centre. Check availability and book your stay.
Good to know: we love animals, but for the comfort of all guests pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed, either inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please list all guests when booking: each person above the number stated in the reservation is charged 350 PLN per person per night.
